Hey ladies! Hoping someone can help me!! I have the Coluzzle template for library cards and pocket. It came with an acrylic stamp for the lines and stuff for the card, but the profile is uneven. When I stamp, there's a blank space where the lines in the middle should be. I have to press SO hard in that space to get it to show up (and even then it's not a guarantee it'll show up), that I end up leaving smudges from the depressed areas. Ugh!
I'm in the middle of a project so I can't wait to call Coluzzle and get a replacement shipped to me. Has this happened to anyone else (an uneven profile on a stamp), and what did you do to "fix" the problem?
Thanks in advance!

I've never been precise enough with stamping to tell if there is an uneven spot. sorry but I hope you find a solution quickly!

Well, I have a question.... Are you stamping on a hard surface or a flexible one?
If you're stamping on a plastic table, it will give just enough that the stamp will not work well in the middle area of the stamp. If this is the case, then try stamping on a glass mat, a kitchen cutting board, or another solid surface.
If you're working on a hard surface, then try placing your mouse pad or a corkboard down, put your paper on top, then stamp on it.
Let me know if either of these don't apply!

Monica, that was JUST the ticket!!! I found my mouse pad and put it down (I was working on my hard plastic table top) and presto, no problem-o!!!!
Yay!! Thanks so much!!!

I'm so glad it worked for you!! It's one of the little tricks that I don't think about until someone asks specifically about it.... and one of those thing I learned the hard way. Be sure to post a picture when you're finished... I want to see the project!!! Monica
